Documentation
All of our customers will find the Presort Quick Start Guide for their software already installed on their hard drives as a Microsoft Word document. There are two ways to access it: either via Start | Programs | Envelope Manager/DAZzle (depending on your software), or to access the WINEM/DAZzle Express folder (again, depending on your software) via Windows Explorer.
To ensure that you have the most current documentation, or if you are still deciding which software would be ideal for you and would simply like to go over the features of each program, choose below:

This guide answers most procedural questions by walking you through setting up Envelope Manager, importing a database, designing your mailpiece, presorting and printing your first mailing. It's useful as both a tutorial for new users and as a quick reference guide. Download this file to your hard drive and run it.
Note:
The Presort Quick Start Guide has been very successful as "the manual" for current versions of Envelope Manager. If you need more detailed information, consult the online help.Envelope Manager help file (07/23/00)
This is the most recent online help file, winem.hlp, updated for the 32 bit version. Replace the existing help file, in your Envelope Manager program directory (e.g. c:\winem), with this new version.
Envelope Manager User's Manual (10/24/97)
For those of you still using the old 16-bit version of the software, you can download the Envelope Manager user's guide. This very large file is a Word 6 document in the format of a "self-extracting executable" file. This manual is over 80 pages long and intended primarily for U.S. Postal Service employees.
Users of current (32-bit) Envelope Manager versions should not download this file.
