All of our customers will be required to update their software by May 12, 2008. In addition to the new prices, there have been updates to all USPS postage forms such as the ps3600, ps3602, ps3553, etc. You must have a current annual maintenance package in order to be eligible for the upgrade!

The U.S. Postal Service requires that all software manufacturers who publish CASS and PAVE software must recertify on a yearly basis to show continued compliance with Postal Service guidelines.
For those of you using Envelope Manager PAVE or Dazzle Express for bulk rate discounts, this upgrade is very important.
To check the version number for DAZzle Express, double click on the word "Express" (in the black, top bar). For the other programs, go to the Help menu and Choose About.
The Postal Service may reject your bulk mailing if you use a previous release of DAZzle Express or Envelope Manager PAVE to certify or presort your list after May 12, 2008.

The Board of Governors decides on all USPS price cases. Currently, USPS plans a yearly price increase every May.
