COMPANY INFORMATION

Envelope Manager Software (EMS) was established in 1989 as the commercial products division of PSI Systems, Inc., with the singular focus of the development and support of innovative mailing automation software that is both powerful and easy to use.

Since then, EMS has been the technology leader in desktop mailing software, creating affordable software that complies with United States Postal Service (USPS) regulations. The company's premier development has been technology that enables customers to obtain ZIP+4 information via the Internet, modem, LAN or CD-ROM. Among its more notable achievements, the company was the first to offer address verification over the Internet or modem, the first to offer instantaneous change-of-address information over the Internet and the first to propose a PC-based postage meter for online postage to the USPS. Our current line of products includes mailpiece design, address correction, postal presorting, database management and e-postage.

Located in downtown Palo Alto, California, Envelope Manager Software offers challenging work in an easygoing environment. Fueled by chocolate, Friday pizza and Cokes from the antique vending machine, EMS offers a culture that encourages self-sufficient, innovative and independent problem-solvers. We employ an outstanding mix of people with diverse skills and backgrounds. To encourage and reward both individual and team performance, we offer a comprehensive compensation package. Compensation includes base pay, variable pay (bonuses and profit sharing) and a variety of employee benefits.
