If you are eligible for the current update, enter the information below. Both fields are required.

Envelope Manager and DAZzle Designer customers can find their serial number by choosing About at the Help menu in the software. DAZzle Express customers will find that information by double-clicking on the black bar at the opening screen of the program. Or, please call us at 800-576-3279 ext 140.

Trouble downloading the upgrade or update? Receiving messages stating that the serial number or ZIP code is not correct?
Check and make sure that you are eligible to be downloading. Make sure your Internet Explorer Privacy settings are 'low' and will 'accept all cookies'. (Go to Tools | Options |Privacy in IE to check.)
Also, make sure that you're entering zeroes(0) for your Serial Number instead of the letter O (oh).
