| Annual Maintenance Packages and Updates | |

Maintenance Packages Periodic updates to all of our Envelope Manager software are essential to keep current with U.S. Postal Service requirements and to maintain CASS and (for some products) PAVE certification. We re-certify our software annually and release updates every time new postal regulations are issued. Therefore, updates of our software are a part of an annual "maintenance package".
Our maintenance packages include unlimited technical support and updates to the most current version of your software throughout a maintenance cycle (up to one year).
You need to purchase the maintenance package for August 2007 to June 2008 in order to download the updates with new presort and CASS certification logic for 2006-2007. Your first maintenance package is included free-of-charge for the cycle in which you purchase your software.
