Certified Mail Labels
Envelope Manager PAVE, Envelope Manager LE and AlphaMailer feature certified mail service. You can send certified mail to any address in your database with only a few mouse clicks, using our peel-and-stick, laser printer-compatible certified mail labels. Envelope Manager will automatically calculate the appropriate postage costs, including the special services charge, the certified mail charge and the postage cost for the mailpiece itself. All you need to do is select an address, select Certified on the Record menu and feed the label through your printer. This certified mail service also provides you with a mailing receipt and a delivery record of mailpieces that have been sent, posting the address, serial number and any notation information to the Certified Mail Log, which can be viewed or printed at any time for reference.
