What is Dial-A-ZIP®?
Dial-A-ZIP is a patented feature that looks up ZIP+4's and corrects addresses instantly. Dial-A-ZIP can be run over the Internet or modem.

What's the cost of the Dial-A-ZIP service?
Nothing! Dial-A-ZIP via modem is a free service to one of 85 sites around the country, meaning that your phone call is usually even a local call. Alternately, Dial-A-ZIP can be run via your Internet connection.Either method is provided free of charge from Envelope Manager Software.

How fast is Dial-A-ZIP?
Dial-A-ZIP via modem verifies up to 200 addresses per minute; Internet Dial-A-ZIP processes up to 2000 addresses per minute; Turbo Dial-A-ZIP via the Internet processes up to 2500 addressed per minute. Dial-A-ZIP with a local AMS CD-ROM verifies up to 2500 per minute. Individual results will vary depending on user's PC processor, RAM, CD-ROM drive or modem speed, Internet connection and available system resources.

Are Envelope Manager Software's products certified by the U.S. Postal Service?
Yes. All of our software is CASS-certified; AlphaMailer, Envelope Manager® PAVE and DAZzle Express are also PAVE-certified.

Do I need a special printer?
No. Our software works with all printers supported by Windows®, and Envelope Manager also supports most hi-speed ink jet printers.

What format does my address list need to be?
DAZzle, Envelope Manager and AlphaMailer accept all standard text file formats including comma or tab delimited, fixed length and word processing as well as dBase data files. DAZzle Express also accepts lists from Access, Excel, FoxPro, Paradox 5.x, Word and Outlook Contacts files.

Why are the first 3 letters of DAZzle® capitalized?
The first 3 letters, DAZ, stand for Dial-A-ZIP, our unique technology that enables you to look up ZIP Codes for addresses all over the country via modem or Internet, with no access fee!
