I continually get the error message "Do not cover the POSTNET area with any text or graphics!" even though I don't have a barcode on my layout. What the?!

This is caused by a bug in the software and is usually encountered when creating any of smaller labels (e.g., Avery 5160). It only occurs when the position of the barcode is set to Lower Right Corner. Thus to fix this is quite simple.

On the menu bar, select Layout then Barcode. Change the Position to either Above or Below Address. Click OK. The message should no longer appear.

This bug has been fixed for the upcoming releases of DAZzle.
