This is the resultant of a software glitch after updating to the newest release of our software (i.e., the 2000-2001 CASS certified software). What you will need to do is replace the EMPSTG32.DLL file currently installed on your hard drive.
To do this, download this file and save it into your C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM directory. You will get a message notifying you that the file already exists. Select "Replace existing file".
If you're still receiving an error message, then contact Technical Support with the error message still on the screen. If you're unable to call at that time, write down all of the text in the error message box exactly as it appears. Be sure to include the full pathname, with the three character extension at the end (e.g., c:\winem\database.dbf ).
