In Envelope Manager, the Search name field is for your convenience only. It does not print on the envelope. What prints on the envelopes or labels is whatever appears in the address block. You want the person’s name to be in address line 1 because that’s the first line of what appears on the envelope/label. When you look at the display in Envelope Manager, only the first line of the address appears in the Address column. That’s usually the person’s name. The whole address is still there--you can see it when you look at the bottom of the screen or you double-click on the address.
