No, you don't have to use FASTforward. There are two reasons:

1. The U.S. Postal Service’s move update requirement applies only to discount First-Class Mail. If you are sending First-Class Mail at single-piece rates, or if you are sending Standard Mail, the requirement does not affect you.
2. Even if you are sending discount First-Class Mail, there are other methods to meet the requirement. See http://www.usps.gov/ncsc/services for more information. But Envelope Manager’s FASTforward service was designed to be especially convenient, timely, and reasonably priced for Envelope Manager customers.
