When you do a Standard mailing in Envelope Manager, there are 2 places you need to select Non-Profit rates. When Envelope Manager displays your costs, click on Non-Profit rates on the left side of the screen. Several print commands later, you’ll see the PS 3600 Series Form Information. Under the Mailing Specifics tab, choose Non-Profit (Std Class Only) as your Method of Postage Payment. Envelope Manager does not produce the proper forms for Non-Profit metered mail, it only handles Non-Profit permit mail.

Be aware that the Non-Profit rates increased in October, 1997. If you do not have version 3.005.001 or later, call us at 650-321-2640 x130 with your serial number.
